Each retailer can access the features authorised for their store through an administration dashboard designed to organise everyday commercial operations.

Payments

The platform offers supported payment methods that retailers can configure, including electronic and manual options depending on availability and setup. Where required, each store uses its own account and credentials with the payment provider. Payments are associated with the relevant seller, in accordance with the provider's service conditions.

Invoicing

Shopping Elegia provides integrations with supported invoicing providers. Each retailer configures their tax details and, where necessary, contracts a provider suitable for their business. Issuing invoices and meeting tax obligations remain the seller's responsibility.

Shipping and deliveries

The platform provides a reference CTT shipping rate table and tools for configuring shipping charges. Each retailer can adjust applicable rates, choose their preferred carriers and arrange dispatch. Products that do not require shipping can be configured accordingly, where applicable.

Independent administration

The dashboard provides access to the data and resources belonging to the relevant store, without allowing a retailer to interfere with the management of other stores.

Term and renewal

Membership is annual. Renewal, non-renewal, cancellation, suspension and store closure are governed by the contractual terms provided to each retailer before joining.

Retailers can manage their stores independently. Elegia Studio also offers optional professional assistance, subject to assessment and a quotation in advance.

Initial configuration, category organisation, product entry and assistance with setting up payments, invoicing and shipping.

Product and content management

Catalogue import and updates, product descriptions, photo editing, campaign and collection content, and promotional articles.

Visual identity

Creation of banners, promotional images, graphic materials and branded visual content.

Specialist technical services

Data preparation, task automation, assessment of external integrations and evaluation of custom features, always subject to technical feasibility, compatibility, security and platform rules.

Participation rules and responsibilities

Shopping Elegia provides the shared technological infrastructure. Each retailer operates as an independent seller and remains responsible for their commercial activity.

Business identification and admission

Participation is intended for legally established businesses and sole traders. Business, tax and contact details must be accurate and up to date. All applications are subject to review and approval.

Products and terms of sale

Retailers are responsible for ensuring that products are lawful and compliant, descriptions and images are accurate, prices and stock levels are up to date, and consumer rights are respected. Unlawful products or practices, or those that breach platform rules, are prohibited.

Sales, payments and taxes

Sales are made by the relevant retailer, who assumes the associated commercial and tax obligations. Payments follow the configured methods and providers' conditions. Invoices must be issued by the entity responsible for the sale, in accordance with applicable law.

Deliveries, returns and customer service

Each store prepares and dispatches orders, sets shipping terms, meets communicated delivery deadlines and handles customer enquiries, complaints, returns, refunds and statutory warranties. Shopping Elegia provides support relating to platform operation, within the agreed service terms.

Conduct and security

Fraud, misleading information, review manipulation, misuse of data and practices that harm customers, other retailers or the platform are prohibited. Breaches may result in corrective measures, restrictions or suspension, in accordance with the contractual terms.

Personal data

Customer data must only be used for legitimate and authorised purposes, in compliance with applicable privacy, security and confidentiality obligations. The respective responsibilities of all parties should be defined in contractual and privacy documentation.

3. Agreement and setup: after accepting the membership terms, you receive access to organise products, prices and business information, and configure payments, invoicing and shipping.
4. Activation: once operational requirements have been checked, your store can be activated and begin selling through the platform.
